Redefine what matters.
Redesign your life.

What do you want the next chapter of your life to look like?

Welcome!

Is retirement on your horizon?

Are you feeling a lack of direction after retiring?

Are you facing a major life transition?

Most of us spend years planning for the financial aspects of retirement without planning for how we will spend our time. Yet after the newness wears off, it can be difficult to find a sense of meaning and purpose.

You start to wonder… what are you going to do for the next 20 or 30 years? This is where coaching comes in.

And if you are in the swirl of a major life transition, expected or unexpected, it’s normal to feel unsettled. Having a guide can be invaluable.

I’m Jan Selby, CPRC

Retirement Coach • Life Transition Coach

As a Certified Professional Retirement Coach and Life Transition Coach, my aim is to provide a calm and confidential space in which you can explore your life transition thoughtfully. Through coaching, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and learn about resiliency, and the research and science of life transitions.

I will support you as you clarify your vision for the future, and guide you as you design your personal action plan for living a fulfilling, healthy, and happy life, as defined by you.

As your coach, I will guide you through the process of revisiting who you are, discovering what you truly want, and designing an action plan for how to get there.
— Jan Selby
